Apostle Ronnie Bailey gave his life to Our Lord Jesus In 1974, As a born again Beliver soon after in 1975 He was Baptized in the Holy Spirit and has submitted and committed himself to serving the Lord all the days of his Life, This was evident in 1985 when Apostle Ronnie answered the call into Ministry, resigned his secular employment, Being obbedient to God's Divine Plan and the Leading of the Holy Spirit became the Founder and Pastor of "Rock of Ages Ministries".

In 2002 God Blessed Apostle Bailey with a beatuiful wife A Missionary from Arm/O/RI, Japan. Sister Tock A Co Bailey is united in Faith and has vomed to fight against the forces of darkness, and continue their Ministry of Worldwide Evangelism, Faithful to Winning the "Lost at all Cost".
